Apple Service Shipping Due

A while ago I used apple's support service to try and fix my iPod but they sent me an empty box so I can ship my iPod to them, it came with some simple instructions to ship off my iPod but the package had a due date for when my product service repair could be sent. I've been busy for the past couple months so it long passed it's due date, is there a way to get another shipping package from apple?
