How do I enable a disabled iPad?
My iPad 2 has been disabled after too many wrong password entries. How do I enable it?

You will have to do a complete restore to factory settings.

You'll have to restore with the computer you last sync with.
You have to restore your iPad and you want to use the same computer that you always sync to in order to retrieve all of your data. You can restore from a backup at the end of the restore proces. These kb articles should provide all of the instructions that you will need.
