Trouble syncing iPod Touch Gen. 1 - Unknown Error (13019)

I'm running into some difficulties trying to sync my iPod Touch 1st Gen.

An unkown error message appears: "The iPod "Richie" cannot be synced. An unknown error occured (13019)."

I know that the "unknown error" sort of makes it hard to identify the actual problem, but I think it has something to do the newest update of iTunes(10.5.1) considering this problem occured after I updated it.

I've tried multiple usb cables and have restarted my pc, iTunes, and iPod many times as well.
