Is the MBA Suitable for a High School Student

I am going to be buying a new laptop for next year starting in february, but I have to decide between the MBA, MBP or the refurbished MB that is still in the Australian apple refurb. store.

Macbook Air

11in 64GB = $1100

11in 128GB = $1400

Macbook Pro

13in 500GB = $1400

Macbook (Refurbished)

13in 250GB = $1000

I think if the 11in 128GB was 1100 I would definitely would go for it, as that would be big value.

However, 2 inch smaller screen, and nearly 350gb smaller HD (albeit it is a SSD) for the same price but lighter? I don't know how worth the money it will be.

Furthermore, the 13in 250GB Macbook refurbished is a steal, but I do not know if it will go quickly out of date, or if it is too slow, or whatever.

I just dont think 64GB will cut it for the MBA, 1400 is too much for the MBP, and the Macbook may quickly go out of date, and it isnt an i3,i5 or i7 - it is a Core2Duo.
