i need help itunes keeps charging me and i dont get no response from itunes

Itunes is constantly charging my credit card i try to report like they are going to respond but every time i report it they do not respond to taking it off my account so thank God my bank is going to put a complaint in disputing the charge because Apple Itunes is not responding to my report Itunes is very careless when it comes to their customers buying apps so now i have to buy a prepaid card in order to download apps on my ipod touch but im soon buying the sony tablet because i know android market place wont do their customers like the apple store does theirs what a shame poor poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
