Can't Rotate Photos in my iCloud Folder

For some reason there are several photos in my iCloud folder that i cannot rotate to the proper orientation. However there are a few that i can, and i dont know if this makes sense, but pictures of people i cannot rotate, but pictures of objects i can? ****

OK, this is a known iphone 4s .jpeg meta data bug discussed in many threads including this one:

For me, the best answer so far is to install Jpeg Lossless Rotator and integrate it with the system so when I right click on a photo, there are now 'Lossless Rotator Left' and 'Lossless Rototor Right' options to rotate the picture. It works like a charm. Works with multiple pitures at a time. It's free and you can download it here:
