For me, the best answer so far is to install Jpeg Lossless Rotator and integrate it with the system so when I right click on a photo, there are now 'Lossless Rotator Left' and 'Lossless Rototor Right' options to rotate the picture. It works like a charm. Works with multiple pitures at a time. It's free and you can download it here:
