Apple Loops Utility not found

Hi everybody, I have problems with my Apple loops utility. When I want to open it a window appears "Apple Loops Utility not found". I looked for the corresponding application in /Applications/Utilities but can't find it there nor in the /Applications/ folder. Just today I reinstalled the program (Logic Pro 8) because I had some problems and now this happens. I think the utility has been uninstalled but the new one wasn't installed again, could that be? So what am I going to do now, is there any solution for this? Thanks in advance.
