iTunes/iTunes Match resetting playlists back to November 16th

For some strange reason, iTunes has been resetting the playcounts for my songs since I signed up for iTunes Match. Randomly, everything will be reset to Nov. 16th. Songs that I've added since then will be reset to 0 play count even though they have a Last Played date.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
