please please my Iphone maid a uppdate and I lost every music as I have bought from iTunes. For sveral 1000 SEK. Please please help.

Please help me!!!! I can not live without my music though Im very very sick and that is my painkiller at the nights

All music dissapeard when I uppdate my iPhone. I just put the charger in to my computer and the iTunes said that I hade to make a uppgrade. So I did. Even all my APPs are gone.

But my telephpone information is still there...
