As of right now, there is no visualizer on the iPhone, however you can search the App Store to see if there are any apps the contain them, free or paid.
Well I'm not sure if Apple has any plans to include the visualizer however you can submit feedback about the iPhone saying you want the visualizer here: http://www.apple.com/feedback/.

i think it's a must in iOS 5.0.2. or better 5.0.1.6 at least
