Definitely no...don't do that.
If you have a loose key cap, take it to an authorized repair facility or Apple Retail store and see what they can do to repair the key. Gluing will more likely permanently lock it in one position and make it unmovable.

The keys are held by a fragile plastic scissor key mechanism. Gluing it would be very delicate work and probably wouldn't work.
It is possible to detach and re-attach the keys if you're careful. When I've done it, sometimes I don't quite get all the little rods back in the little holes. There is a chance that it's gotten knocked loose, if you feel comfortable with gadget hardware you can see if you can reseat it properly, if that's all it is.
