Notes in mail
Hello!
When I make a note on my iPhone 4 it will later appear in my Mac mail, but once I read it, it disappears. Where does it go? Why does it hide?

In Mail, look at the left-hand sidebar. Notes are in the section called Reminders. If there's nothing lited under it, you need to expand its view: hover your mouse on the Reminder text and a Show text should appear. Clck on it. Your notes and reminders should be there.
