Motion blur in FCP X?

How do I turn Motion Blur on for an image in FCPX?

I have a png supplied by the client that I am applying some movement to to and need to introduce some motion blur to smooth the motion a little, any ideas?

Thanks

Tony

I hope I am wrong but it's another short-coming of FCPX. I like to do speed ramps (which don't work nearly as well as FCP7's Time Remapping) and I can't add motion blur to the shot.. and sending to Motion5 is not streemlined eaither.... Bummer...

Other gripes:

KeyFrame Interperation for ANY keyframes. NOT THERE

Drop Shadows for PSD or other GFX files (only for text)

Bad Organization of Projects

Lack of user control

(so many more)....
