Copy (Sync) apps from iPad to MacBook — how to?

Hi all!

I am useing iPad and MakBook air. I have some apps bought from iTunes. I have reinstalled my OS X on my MakBook. Every time I connect the iPad to the MacBook and try to sick my installed apps to the MacBook I always get a warning my apps which are not synced will be deleted from the iPad.

So, please, advice what am I doing wrong and how can I safely sync all my installed apps FROM iPad TO MakBook?
