can't make any call on my iphone 4 ios 5.0.1 16gb

I have an iphone 4 got a factory Vodafone unlock done only 1 week ago via vodafone NUC everything was fine running on 5.0. i then updated to 5.0.1 only 6 days ago and now cant make calls or recieve any could any body help
