What happened to the battery fix? I have been waiting for tech help since 5:33pm

I have been waiting for a teck to answer the phone again.. It has bee a hour..

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.0.1, battery down

The battery fix in 5.0.1 only solved the problem for some users. 5.0.2 should be released soon (could be a day, could be weeks), but after that, rumor has it Apple has solved the problem.

Still waiting its been since 5:33pm. Called on another phone to reach them.. The recording said they are now gone for the holiday..Should I replace it with aDroid. and get a refund.

It's not clear what you're trying to accomplish. Tech support is not going to be able to tell you the release date of the next software update. What were you planning on asking them?
