Parental controls blocking "find my iPhone"

I have installed Parental controls on my daughters macbook. My user account is the adminastrator. I set her up with her own Apple ID and her own Cloud ID. When I am logged on to her computer as an adminastrator, her computer can be "found" from my "Find my Iphone" app on my iPhone under the account I set up for her. BUT when she is logged on her mac on her parental controlled user account. The computer cannot be located by the same method.

I am assuming the parental controls block the ability to "find my mac". I need to enable that feature. Any thoughts?
