Why does iTunes crash during Match process.

Configuration:

> Win XP 2002 professional SP3

> iTunes 10.5.1.42

> purchased Match subscription.

Issue: During Step 3 of Match process iTunes crashes with no error code (see image).

What's the problem?

iTunes-OTHER, Windows XP Pro

had to delete extra-long tracks, now same error message and itunes crashs you get dissapeared a- all tracks in the clowd now.
