Did the update change the smart instruments?

I ask this because I had constructed a piece using various smart instruments. The key was F#.

I have since gone back to the piece to think about adding something to it, but there is absolutely no way I can recreate the same sound. For example, in the smart guitar (classical) the the chords I was using was F# -> C#, and then D#m -> A#m. It really feels like the new versions don't hit the same higher notes.

Is this my imagination? Could there be some other setting that I've changed without realising it? I admit that I'm not really sure what all of the settings are for.

This is the same with the smart piano as well. On the guitar, I am using the 2nd autoplay setting, on the piano it is the 4th autoplay setting.
