WiFi not detected by iPhone, while detected by iPad and MacBook

My iPhone 4s with iOS 5.0.1 suddenly stoppeddetecting my home Wi-Fi network. It used to detect it and connect to it. Now it simply does not detect it (it is notin the list of the detected networks), while it detects the Wi-Fi networks ofmy neighbours. When I am entering the network name, security (WAP2) and thepassword, which all are correct (checked and rechecked 10+ times!), I amgetting “could not find the network". The network is detected by myMacBook and even by my iPad. I have resetted “Network Settings” with no effect.Any help will be highly appreciated.

The point is that my MacBook and iPad both detect this network, while iPhone does not.

Following your item 2: yes, I did try to enter manually the network name in the "Other" option, security (WAP2) and the password, getting “could not find the network".

So, the network is up, and is detected and can be joined by MacBook and iPad. The iPhone does not detect the network automatically, and does not see it after I enter its name and the password manually (in the "Other" option). On the other hand, at home the iPhone does detect networks of the neighbours (while I can't join them as I don't know the passwords), and in my office it detects and joins the office wifi network.

Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi off and then on again.

Done, did not help.

Check whether other devices (portable computers, for example) are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the Internet.

Join a closed or private network by tapping Settings > Wi-Fi > Other and entering the Wi-Fi network name, security, and password.

Try restarting your Wi-Fi router by turning it off and then on again.

Disable 40MHz in the 2.4GHz settings on the Wi-Fi router. Mac computers, iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch do not support this mode.

Did not, but my iPad does detect the WiFi network and joins it.

Looks like my iPhone suddenly became allergic to that specific network! Any ideas why?

Does my device support 802.11n?

Hm. I don't know. It is an iPhone 4s, and it did detect that network and joined it two days ago!!

By the way, the network is "Vigin Media".
