Swapping iPhones with my GF

Ok, I've seen a few questions that are simular to mine. I have an iPhone 4 she has an iPhone 4s and we want to switch (ya there's some money involved lol). From what I understand what I'll have to do is back up each iPhone on each respective computer that it's synced to then restore (wipe) each iPhone then switch sim cards then restore the iPhone 4s with my computer and the 4 with hers. Is it really that simple? Will all the apps including the medical app that she had to put in a product code for transfer to the other iPhone?

Thanks in advance for the help,

A guy in need

Yep.

Yep. After you restore from backup, you MUST sync to restore iTunes content...no iTunes content is included in the iPhone backup. Since these are different iPhones, the only things that won't be restored are passwords for email, WiFi, iTunes store, etc. These are not restored for security reasons.

After you first restore each phone as a new device in iTunes...that's when you swap sims, then restore each phone from the respective backup.
