Q: Can I use Airport Express to connect an older G4 to a wireless network?
I have an old G4 that is still perfectly good but isn't an Intel processor I'd like to turn it into a media center and connect it to my wireless home network so we can get all of our music, movies, etc in one place and connect to our Apple TV. Can I use an Airport Express to connect it via Ethernet instead of finding a USB wireless adapter?
Mac G4, Other OS, unsure of OS-it's been a while

Yes, you can! Using the Airport utility software, simply set the Airport Express to Bridge Mode and fill in the details to connect to your existing wireless network. Then you can connect the base station to your G4's ethernet port and it should work just fine. You may have to use a crossover ethernet cable, but I'm not positive - It's been a few years since I've used that setup.
