Hi, I've been trying twice now to upload an order in iPhoto, and after manyhours of trying I still get nothing but charged twice.I cancelled once (after 2 hours), and after trying again, my credit card got charged again, so how do I proceed from here? Who do I contact to get my money back and how do I get to upload the order?

You will need to get in contact with your bank to get the authorisation codes and then phone Apple and speak to the Payment department who will have to cancel the orders on their side.
For the charges - probably Apple will automatically remove them - but to be sure contact Apple support
as to your upload problem - you need to provide details and error messages
did you preview it first -
Before ordering your book preview it using this method - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1040 - and save the resulting PDF for reference - the delivered book will match it.

Yes, I have preview it, reimported the imagery etc.
I am getting the following error - Cannot upload due to failed assets do you want to retry or Cancel the order?
Don't seem to be able to get anyone at Apple to help out either! Very frustrating as need to get the book printed for my client.
