Connecting MacbookPro to Sansui TV?
I just bought a 40" Sansui tv and I want to connect my macbookpro to it so I can watch my hulu shows without killing my eyes.
The guys I talked to at Best Buy told me to get 3 things:
Rocketfish mini dislayport to HDMI adapter

Dynex HDMI high speed w/ ethernet cable
(http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Dynex%26%23153%3B+-+6'+HDMI+Cables+(2-Pack)/2634788. pid=1218343207814&skuId=2634788&st=dynex%20hdmi&cp=1&lp=2)
and Dynex stereo mini RCA "y" cable
(http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Dynex%26%23153%3B+-+6'+Y+Audio+Cable/7005457.p?id=10 99392032460&skuId=7005457&st=dynex%20y&cp=1&lp=1)
We have connected everything to the TV and the laptop, but it still won't come through. We have tried switching between inputs, but nothing is working.
I'm not very tech savy so if someone could help me in a non computer genious language that would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
