Are there ipod nano compatible wireless headphones?

I want to use them with the ipod nano watch thingy. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be cool. I just heard that not all wireless headphones are compatible with ipods in general. I know that you are all very busy and I thank you for your time in advance.
