Change background color in iBooks
Hey I'm dyslexic and I was wondering is there anyway of changing the background color in the iBooks page to yellow

Look into the Stanza app if you truly need the yellow background. Stanza has highly customizable interface that will allow a yellow background. Be warned that you will not be able to read books that you purchased from iBooks within Stanza. Stanza does have a number of bookstores within the app that you can purchase books from.
Tap in the middle of a book. Select the aA icon and turn on Sepia mode. That is the closest you will get to a yellow background in iBooks.

Just a word to the wise... Amazon has stated that Stanza wil not be updated again after the ISO5 update. I am so unhappy about that, because it is so easy to use.
