iPad Safari problems (websites display a bit wrongly)

Can anyone check this website http://bit.ly/s1KCSL on iPad and tell me how to fix thumbnails and menu problems? It seems to be broken on iPad only.

This: http://developer.apple.com/library/safari/#technotes/tn2010/tn2262/_index.html doesn't help much. Safari on iPad seems to render websites differently and there's some problem with receiving width of the document.
