error 2349

After I downloaded the iTunesSetup.exe (10.5) and attempt to run it, it will get very far and be at the end of the bar (all green) saying "Copying new files", then just stop. It will stay stopped for a while, then a message will come up saying, "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2349." What does all of this mean? I really wish I could listen to my iPod tomorrow - Thanks for the help guys. it will roll back it's actions and it said "The iTunes installer could not be configured..." or something like that.
