My trackpad became much faster after reboot?

Yesterday, I had been running Mac OS with an uptime of about 45 days. I needed to do something in Windows, so I rebooted into Windows, did what I had to do, and rebooted back into Mac OS. When I got back into Mac OS, my scrolling speed became much faster than before. I thought it was that I hadn't been updating my OS, so I did a lot of updates (EFI, Thunderbolt, 10.7.2 etc) and rebooted, but the problem still remained. What can I do to make the trackpad go back to the original speed?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.2)
