My 2 different iphones receiving text from one common contact.

Last night I gave my daughter her iphone 4. I have an iphone 4S. Today several people texted me. One of these people texting me, their texts with me showed up on my daughters phone miles away. Not everyone's texts, just the one person's text. How do I resolve this issue?

I did tell my daughter to delete the iCloud account on her phone. She indicated her phone had my email address as her apple account on her phone. Has having her delete that profile off of her phone take care of this issue. The person who was texting me also has an iphone 4, not sure why the other people texting did not come through on her phone, just the one with an iphone of their own.

Anyone have any ideas what I need to do to resolve this issue?
