Photo Booth unable to find photo library... I specify a folder, create new, and still on every close and reopening of Photo Booth it cannot locate it's default folder. Ideas?

I am running 10.7.2.

Has Photo Booth been working OK since Lion and suddenly problems? If you opened Photo Booth for the first time since Lion then below might be helpful.

Your default Photo Booth library should be in your Pictures folder/Photo Booth. This can be seen by right clicking on icon and then "show package contents". Various picture folders are inside. Since you are there anyway, try double clicking on same Photo Booth icon in your Pictures folder. Thought it possible your problem could be connected to this discussion a few months ago.
