Running 10.7.2

Christmas is coming and I need some help

I am trying to print up mailing labels from my address book and I have only gotten so far. I have the country field on the address book but when I went to print up a test sheet, the country field did not print out. Since I live in Japan, that field would be helpful for my over seas friends and family.

Any help would be appreciated
