can u please help me with my iphone 4s?

everytime i plug my iphone to my pc (winxp sp3), it says that new harware found (iphone) but i cannot install it thoroughly and as a result i also cannot locate it it my itunes (10.5.2).

Did you follow it throughly? What have you done to troubleshoot so far?

yes, i did follow it thoroughly...i verify that the mobile device support is installed and uninstall everything accordingly and re-install the itunes and after that the message above still appeared after. please help, i am desperate? i don't know what is the problem...thanks for your help

Did you check any installed security software?

You may need to put into recovery mode

I would take the phone to Apple to check. Also have someone look at your computer, there's something off with one of these devices.

my iphone 4s is stolen and i had remotely locked the phone with the help of icloud after few day of phone got stolen i got an email om my mail from find my iphone about that your iphone is locked with your passcode but however i didn't got the last location on my mail and the one who is having my phone has wiped it , now what should i do .. ? please help me out ..
