Q: Where is "Mail" in the Apps community?

I need help w/ Mail (it barfed badly) and don't see a community for it. Where to look? Thanks. j BTW: I am grateful that Apple still allows me to open Apple Works files; I have many, many of them, esp drawings of house plans, etc.
