Could you please specify on wich device you are trying to use Face Time? (You set this on the iChat section, which is separate from the Face Time application on OS X)

    Hi,

So that would appear to be the iOS  version on a Touch

    However there is this forum/Community

https://discussions.apple.com/community/mac_app_store/facetime_for_mac for thos with the App on their Mac.

Yes - I have suddenly found that I can't make FaceTime calls using my iMac, iPod or iPad, and my wife can't connect with her iPhone....came out here looking for a solution, but haven't found any info.

    Hi,

Where are all these devices when they cannot connect ?

IF they are all connected to your router in some way it would suggest the ports used by FaceTime are not open.

I would check the router has and has Enabled UPnP
