Without any warning all my data on noterize, about 19GB of PDF files are gone! I see a folder when I sync noterize.plist but am unable to recover the files. I have written to nuance@noterize.com and support@noterize.com but it bounces back.

I'm facing the same problem too. I've been using the app for two months now for my lecture notes but a few days a go, when I wanted to open the app, it says that an error has occurred. Tried emailing the support team but all my emails to them are bounced back. I can't redownload the app since noterize now known as another app called paperport. I need help please
I have this problem right now.. It just happened yesterday. Are there any solutions? Have you found anything out about it? PLEASE LET ME KNOW- I have a lot of school work on there that I need!
Hey Try backing up all of your data (sync your iPad on iTunes) and then delete the application and redownload it. That works for me. Went to the Apple store with my laptop to get one of the people at Genius Bar to do it for me.
