How can I finalise my movie as smaller than HD 1080p?

When I finalise my project is automatically it saving it as an HD 1080p, and say it will take around 9 hours.

I was wondering if there was a way I can choose for it to just finalise at a smaller size, because that way it takes up less space and time.
