Ipod nano qualifies for replacement but is cosmetically damaged.
My ipod nano qualifies for a replacement under the battery recall. However it sustained cosmetic damage years ago. It works fine.
Will this cause problems when I return it.
I cant find a way to contact apple without paying for a phone call.
