VPN Service Issues

The main problem here is that the big ON/OFF button stays in the ON position. When I slide it over it just comes back. Also, when I enter the shared secret it disapears soon after.

What is going on here? I suspect there is residual problems from when I had iVPN installed (its gone now) before I installed the server.app.

The other issue with VPN, besides being too simplified, is that it does not show up as a service in the Server Admin.app
