Can I connect my TC Wirelessly to my cellphone network (Wifi Hotspot)?

I have a callphone called HTC Sensation, and it have a thing called WIFI Hotspot. So, can I cancel my qwest Actiontec M100 router? (which connects to my time capsule and I create a new wireless network and connect to it) and connect it to my WIFI hotspot on my cellphone wirelessly? And can I still back up normal?
