Serious Issue with Tata Photon Plus on Lion 10.7

I am using Tata Photon Plus (TTSL Olive VME102 Dialer) to connect to the internet (on my Mac book pro Intel i7 processor)

When I start using Skype or Youtube , Lion crashes. This is happenning consistently.

Any solutions?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7)
