data shifting between iPhone 3gs and iphone 4s

I have one iPhone 3gs and one iphone 4s and i want to shift my content to iphone 4s. the apps were sync perfectly but i have some data in iphone 3gs apps. How can i shift my iPhone 3gs apps data to iphone 4s apps.

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.0.1
