Why won't my ipad send or receive email from hotmail. This is a new problem as it has worked ok up until now.
i have restarted my ipad and der-egisteredand re-registered my email account and nothing.
Any ideas?

What happens when you try?
If you are trying to access your account via the Mail App , try going in your self (google search hotmail ) and just add it to your home screen. I did that when I had your problem and it workd fine and I can also get my junk mail that way.
nothing...... it just says refreshing but nothing happens
I know i have about 10 emails unread from today.
Then when i try and send it just doesn't do anything.
Access your account using webmail (via a browser) and cleanout your inbox. You may have a corrupt email in there.
You might also try deleting and recreating the account on your iPad.
That helps with the receiving but i still can't send from my apps e.g photos
tried that now says 'Cannot get mail - The connection to the server failed'
Try resetting your iPad. The fact that you can receive mail means something it working !
