where can i see shared folders in Finder

Hi

I think I'm missing something very basic. I have 2 users on my Imac for myself (A) and my wife (B). I have turned on file sharing, given my wife read/write privileges for the 'shared' folder under my login, added a new folder and some data into the shared folder etc.

When I log is as my wife (B) though, I cannot see where my shared folder (A) is? How can i find it in finder? I get the list of all folders under her account, but cannot see anywhere my shared folder.

On the left hand pane of Finder there are 'favorites' listing all my files, user name etc. there is a second section called 'Shared' but all i see there is my old PC which is connected wirelessly via my router

New to the Mac so all help welcomed! Hope it's a simple question
