Q: my ipod does not respond when i want to export music from the itunes library on my laptop

it has worked before, manually managing. Now with ios 9.3.2 in iPod touch and 12.4.0 in itunes dont work.

What exactly happens when yo try?

Does iTunes see the iPod?

Does any media now sync to the iPod?

Itunes see the iPod. When I try to manually copy music nothing happens. I dont handle other media than music with this iPod. The sincronize button is like non active. The music handling worked fine before we update to ios 9.3.2.

Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support

- Next would be to backup the iPod to iTunes and restore from that backup
