iPhone 4s won't download apps over wifi

Just got my iPhone 4s today. Love it. However after updating to iOS 5.01 and it taking three hours to download all my apps from icloud, it will not download any more apps over wifi. Using my cellular data it will download, but it's slow. (I have AT&T.) Is this an iOS 5 bug? Or is there anything I can do to fix this?

Should also mention I have my old 3gs, my ipod touch 3rd generation and my original iPad all which work fine over wifi. Weird!

Turns out, after poking around in my settings, I discovered my iCloud backup was still downloading even though there was nothing left to download. I cancelled it and PRESTO! Wifi downloading worked.
