As title suggested, is there any way to enable the same "natural scrolling" and function on the trackpad (gestrures) on Win7 that would otherwise be possible while running OS X?

    I'm sure you realize that this is an Apple product forum, not a Windows product forum. You may or may not get an answer here but my bet would be the question would be better asked on a Microsoft-related forum.

    unless the OP is running Windows under Boot Camp or a virtual machine, then it is a perfectly acceptable question.

    Simple answer: no.  Windows does not have support for those gestures.  As I mentioned on another thread, the OS (Windows) needs to support gesturing, as well as the hardware.

     

    Although the following is for the Magic Trackpad, the same functionality applies to the built-in trackpad for Macbooks:
