that's what pops-up when i connect my new ipod while on itunes. I've uninstalled every apple software i have, deleted every apple file I've found, restarted my PC tried a thousand times download itunes the newest version that appears on top in apple's website and even the 64-bit installer that is mentioned below that in smaller letters. the same problem keeps happening. same message pops up, mi ipod isn't detected.

i tried to connect it on another PC and this time on itunes the message that pops up said something like, "your ipod is not properly activated".
