My iPhone has been stolen and I don't know what to do. It wasn't upgraded so I can't track it down.
Is there any other way so I can get my iPhone back? I know my IMEI and all that stuff ...

No. All you can to is call the ploice and file a report. Apple or your carrier will can track your device. If the thief is smart, he/she willtake out the sim card anyway.
Contact your carrier and have them suspend the line and add the phone to their stolen phone list (if they have such a thing). File a police report. That's really about all you can do.
Ive reported and suspended it. but is there any way that my carrier could identify the number of the current SIM card that is being used through the phone IMEI?
You'll have to ask your carrier if that is possible. Unless the SIM is from that same carrier, it probably won't be possible (and wouldn't help if it was, since your carrier can't do much with a phone number from another carrier, at least not without a court order) but you can ask.
Like I said, I am sure they took out the sim card
I know it possibly wont help... but im trying everything.. if i had the number i would contact him and maybe i would get it back. quite impossible i know.. but meh :/

I would doubt that the carrier would give you the phone number even if they could determine it. They'd probably give it only to the police. But again, you can ask.
